Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Rain ponchos are light for their size, so bulk orders are economical to ship.

Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across locations — useful for multi-venue tours or regional distribution.

We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.

Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $0.60 to $1.75 per unit at minimum quantities, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.

Yes. Our full-color print is heat-set into the film rather than sitting on top of it, so it resists rain, wind, and folding without cracking or fading during normal event-day use.

EVA or PE film ranging from 0.03mm to 0.08mm depending on the style, with a drawstring or elastic hood depending on the product.

Store flat or folded in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once worn and dried off, a poncho can be refolded for storage between uses.

Our standard and kids styles are built for single-event durability but often survive a second wear if dried and folded carefully. The Heavy-Duty PE Poncho is built to hold up best across repeated use.
